How long does the repair process take?

6 – 18 working hours for air spring (bag)
16 – 40 working hours for shock absorber
16 – 40 working hours for air strut
8 – 16 working hours for air suspension compressor

What is refundable core deposit?

A Core is an old OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) part that can be rebuilt or remanufactured. The core deposit is a form of fee you pay until returning your old part. After receiving your old part, we will refund the deposit amount to your account.

Disassembly/Reassembly services

If you can’t disassembly/reassembly (etc. to separate air spring (bag) from shock absorber) by yourself, you can ship whole air strut to us. We can give you an extra service. We will separate it, repair your faulty part and reassembly air strut.

How long warranty for repair services last?

Air spring (Bag) – 12-24 Months*
Shock absorber – 12 Months – hydraulic part only*
Air strut – 12 Months for Shock Absorber – hydraulic part only, 24 Months for Air Spring (Bag)*
Air suspension compressor – 12 Months (Warranty doesn’t cover Electronics)*
*with unlimited mileage

I have a warranty request. What should I do?

Contact us by phone and/or by email. If you have pictures, please email them and wait for instructions.

Who pays for shipping?

All shipping costs associated with any order, return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.

Our technical advice:

– Make sure that the air springs are filled before lowering the vehicle.
– Never lower the vehicle with unfilled air springs!
– Completely lower the vehicle from the lift.
– Make sure that the system is absolutely leakproof.
– Change the relays before installing the air compressor.
